fix(ci): 去掉误提交的 .claude/worktrees gitlink

.claude/worktrees/iridescent-sleeping-lampson 是个 git worktree 目录,被误提交成
gitlink(mode 160000)。.gitignore 已有 .claude/worktrees/ 但它在那之前就提交了。
git rm --cached 去跟踪(不删磁盘 worktree)。修 actions/checkout 的 submodule 警告
(No url found for submodule path)+ 清理仓库。
