ci: iOS TestFlight 上传失败不再阻断发版

altool 上传易抖(重复 build 号/ASC 临时错误),不应拖住 web/mac/win/android。
IPA 仍产出,上传失败仅告警,可稍后手动补传。对齐 CLAUDE.md「iOS 不阻塞」。
