fix(desktop): 补 NSMicrophoneUsageDescription（macOS 打包版麦克风授权）

缺该键时 macOS 不弹授权框、直接返回静音——真机按住说话有会话但识别不出内容（audio_seconds 有值而 provider_ms=0）。Tauri 2 打包自动合并本 Info.plist。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
