#215 android 跑到 flutter build apk 的 Gradle 阶段挂了 ~17min:
"Gradle threw an error while downloading artifacts from the network"
"java.io.EOFException: SSL peer shut down incorrectly"(org.gradle.wrapper.Download)
——这是 sing-box 之外的第二个 GFW 网络坑:Gradle 要下载发行版和 maven 依赖,
走了被墙的 services.gradle.org / dl.google.com / maven central,SSL 被重置。

env 里配了 GOPROXY/PUB/FLUTTER 镜像,唯独 Gradle+Maven 没配。改:
- gradle-wrapper.properties: distributionUrl → 腾讯云 gradle 镜像(同一份 zip)。
- settings.gradle / build.gradle: repositories 前置阿里云 google/public/gradle-plugin
  镜像,原 google()/mavenCentral()/gradlePluginPortal() 保留作 fallback。

feat(android): libbox 隧道重写对接真实 1.13.12 API,APK 编译通过(Task 5)

原生层照 PoC 旧/想象 API 写,与真实 sing-box 1.13.12 libbox 差距是架构级:

- 包名 libbox(非 go.libbox);无 BoxService,改 Libbox.setup + CommandServer 模型

- PangolinVpnService 重写:实现完整 PlatformInterface(15法)+CommandServerHandler

- 新增 DefaultNetworkMonitor(上报默认接口,缺则报 no available network)

- openTun 适配真实 TunOptions(RoutePrefixIterator/getMTU/StringBox DNS)

- 统计/切节点经 CommandClient(uplinkTotal/selectOutbound);MainActivity 接线

feat(tsk_iRa5iBC4v7Tu): Flutter 客户端工程搭建(演示态)

基于 design/flutter/ 起步包在 client/ 下建立 Flutter 工程：

- pubspec.yaml：flutter_svg / lucide_icons / google_fonts 依赖；
  SVG 资产注册；字体由 google_fonts 运行时加载，无需本地 ttf
- lib/pangolin_theme.dart：完整设计令牌（色阶 / 间距 / 圆角 /
  动效 / 文字阶），PangolinText 改用 GoogleFonts getter，
