feat(android): 启动图标改用官方穿山甲(自适应图标)

前景 path 取自官方 client/assets/logo-mark-white.svg(原样,非重绘),仅加 Android 安全区居中;

背景为 app-icon.svg 的橙色渐变(#C8794A→#9E5630);删除占位三角 drawable/ic_launcher.xml。

Vivo X200/华为 DCO-AL00 真机验证图标显示正常。
