wangjia 53465ed704 fix(client): Info.plist 补 NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription，消除 ITMS-90683

某依赖引用定位 API，Apple 要求声明用途字符串（即便 App 不主动用定位）。
补上后正式提交 App Store / Beta 审核不再被该警告卡住。
