feat(client): 更新提示加引导文案，强制更新弹窗文案统一

- banner: 发现新版本 vX，建议立即更新以获得最新功能与修复
- 强制更新弹窗: 去掉 release notes，统一为「需更新后才能继续使用，
  更新以获得最新功能与修复」
